Fitness@CL is a team of personal trainers, nutritionists, instructors, and massage therapists, focused on helping all clients meet and exceed their fitness goals. We believe in providing quality direction and expertise in a safe, empowering environment. Above all, we believe in our athletes, and are inspired daily by their determined work. No goal – from losing 20lbs to qualifying for the Olympics – is too big or small.
Our programs stress sustainable diet, functional strength exercises, active stretching, endurance work, and quality recovery. We are committed to helping each of our athletes build a strong fitness foundation to support their respective goals.
That commitment extends to smart recovery, massage, and injury treatment, as well as creating a friendly workout environment, with clean locker rooms, cutting-edge equipment, quality amenities, and friendly staff.
At CycleLife, it is all under one roof, and our team is in your corner.
