 Mark your calendars!

In the coming week we'll be sending out specifics on a fall tradition: the CycleLife Oktoberfest Sale (Friday 10/15 - Sunday 10/17). Until then, rest assured that this is going to be a doozy! Fall / Winter stock is piling up and we want to get it out on the shelves asap.

And what would Oktoberfest be without the "fest"? Join us for the annual CycleLife Oktoberfest BBQ on Saturday, October 16th between 1:00PM and 3:00PM. As usual, Michael Esmonde will be tending the grill, we'll clear out the parking spaces in front of the store, and fun will be had (and often remembered) by all.

Do you have any aches, pains, bumps, and bruises that require attention? What is the link between your training and your race performance? Do you need more strength, flexibility, endurance? Could you improve your diet and do you know the most effective supplements for you?

The doctors from Capital Sports Injury Center can help you answer these questions at a free assessment on Saturday, September 25, 2010 from 11 am to 1 pm at CyclelifeUSA.

Sessions will take approximately 15 minutes. Please reserve your slot online, or call 202-333-8883.

Join the CycleLife coaching staff and athletes at Gunston Cove in Lorton, Virginia for a Transition and Open Water Swim Clinic. You'll learn how to set up your transition area, what to wear and how to move efficiently from one swim to bike to run. We'll then run through a live practice of both transitions. After the transition practice, we'll jump back in the water, which never gets deeper than six feet in the cove, to practice swimming navigation and maneuvering within a group. We'll get started at 7am, so [CLICK HERE] to register.
