 Head coach Eric Sorensen removes the guesswork. With 40 structured workouts, the 20-week program (divided into two, 10-week blocks and a holiday break) is designed to establish base fitness, build threshold power, teach key skills, and raise intensity progressively. Each week features eight supervised classes, including early morning, noon, and evening time slots. 

Classes begin October 11th. Reservations will be accepted 30 days in advance. Book your class online. A full schedule can be downloaded in pdf format here. For added convenience we are accepting payment online!

 My name is Dr. Steve Horwitz and I am excited to announce the partnership of CycleLife USA and Capital Sports Injury Center. I am now holding patient care hours at CycleLife on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I'm a chiropractic sports physician and strength and conditioning specialist who is certified in Active Release Techniques, Graston Technique, Kinesio Taping, Sports Nutrition, and Kettlebells. I've practiced in the D.C. area for over 20 years and have had the privilege of working with many professional and Olympic athletes in a multitude of sports. I was part of the 1996 United States Olympic Team medical staff, have traveled internationally with USA Track and Field, and was recently named to Washingtonian Magazine's top sports experts list (the only one in the District of Columbia).

CycleLife USA is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic individual to work our fitness desk and gym area.  Duties include greeting members, addressing member questions and needs, client billing, assisting on the gym floor, CompuTrainer area, studio cycling, and performance labs.  Successful candidates will be personable, outgoing and responsible.  Experience/interest in fitness profession a plus, but not required.  Employee will enjoy the benefits of CycleLife, including access to the facilities, CompuTrainer and studio cycling, strength equipment, body composition analysis, performance testing, group rides, discounts on cafe items, cycling merchandise and services.  Full time and part time positions available.  Must be available on weekends.

 This past weekend was a big DC area race weekend. CycleLife coached athletes, members, students, and employees competed at the  DC Tri, Tour of Washington County, and the XTERRA East Championship.
