CycleLife is excited to offer automatic billing for your Master's Swim classes!
Bringing your wallet to class can be a real drag, not to mention writing checks in a aquatic center locker room. Many students have requested that their credit card get billed monthly.
The instructions below will lead you the process of setting up an automatically renewing swim class "contract". You may terminate the arrangement at any time. We have discovered a bug in the system which requires you to "Sign Up" for a class to get the option of creating a contract, but then promptly forgets which class you attempted to sign up for once the transaction is complete. Please follow the instructions carefully.
Navigate to the CycleLife USA homepage and click on Classes

Click on Sign Up

Enter your FIRST NAME and LAST NAME and click Next

The system will attempt to find your account using your first and last name. Click on the This is me! link adjacent to your name. If the system fails to find a match, continue with the step below to create your account.

Enter your account information, and click Submit

Click OK

Click on Classes to view the class schedule

Identify the next class you would like to attend, and click Sign Up Now

Click on Click here to make a single reservation

Click on Contracts / Packages

Would you like to attend class twice or three times weekly? When do you swim? Select the appropriate contract

Specify a contract start date. If you select the 1st of the month, your monthly payment will be processed on the 1st, etc. This date has to be on or before your next scheduled class.

Agree to the terms of the contract. You may cancel at any time. Click on Make Purchase

Your item is attend to the shopping cart. Click on Check Out

Enter your credit card information. Remember, this will be the card that is charged each month. Click on Place Order

Your purchase is complete. Each month the system will automatically purchase a "1 Month Pass".

Due to a bug in the system, you actually need to reschedule your class. Click on Classes

Click on Sign Up Now to schedule

Click on Click here to make a single reservation

Your schedule will be displayed. Confirm that you signed up for the correct class!

To verify or change your contact/billing information, click on the My Info tab (top navigation), and select My Contact Info.

To cancel your contract, click on the My Info Tab (top navigation) and select My Account. Click on Terminate
